Question 5

Life is the hardest video games that we played in our life. Either you want to be a good guy or to be a villain, the choice is yours. We assume that everyone is perfect, but we are wrong. We all make mistakes and we always will. Same goes to prisoners and convicts. Who are them anyway? Murderer, robber, snatcher, drug dealer and many more. Just because they had a bad reputation, it does not mean that they cannot have better life. Well it is good to see them are giving the second chances. We give them the education and motivate them to be good person. They are becoming sober. They want to repent their sin. Some of them are a scapegoat to frame the real suspect. It is shame that the person had been caught because they deserve so much on their life. Maybe in their life they have to hustle even to get food on the table for their family or just having fun or to show off. Either way, they have the reason why they are becoming a criminal. I believe when they have a better life, their tendencies to do the crime might be reduces. Some of them have a potential in real life like on art and decoration like batik, wood carving also in the mechanical job like becoming a foreman to a workshop. It just wasted opportunities, rather than hiring an immigrant. So we cannot judge the criminal because of their past. It might happen to you someday. Do not judge them, help them.

Question 4

Massive explosion, gunfight , high octane and adrenaline car chasing action, beautiful and seductive women. This make a Hollywood movies a no-brainer. It's something cliché when you are talking about the summer action movies. Well, Hollywood movies has been praised with their high production value, superb casting and many more. When it comes to the real life or based on the true stories, Hollywood never fails to attract the viewers with their finesse and accuracy in every movies. First film or movies that has been my favourite is Apollo 13. Starring Tom Hanks and directed by Ron Howard. The story when NASA made Apollo 13 lunar mission for landed safely on the moon but in the shocking turn of event their supply of oxygen had been ran out. So NASA was on the mission to brought back their astronaut back home. Every detail had been supervised by NASA to bring out the tense moment on the movies. It is very emotional turn of event. Meanwhile I like this another movie that is Saving Private Ryan , starring Matt Damon and also Tom Hanks , directed by Steven Speilberg director of E.T , it depicts the greatest battle on the World War Two ,the Invasion of Normandy. The story starts with a paratrooper , Private James Francis Ryan is the last member of his family on war. They had sent an army led by Captain John H. Miller to save Private Ryan at any cost. It was really great to see both of this movies. It is a deep emotional one when you see this .I never regret it. Before I end this entry , "Houston we got a problem".

Question 3

Stereotyping happened because we are apparently come from a different culture, background, and many more. Have we thought that even the tiniest and twisting information that even world has change around us. We start with the races, Westerner thought than all Asians are good at mathematics, well not all of them are good at mathematics. How about this can you assume that all the Westerners are good at English because their mother tongue, sadly some them even cannot differentiate between you're and your. Can we change the attitude and their mindset because the Westerners are bit open minded and friendly. Meanwhile the Asians is shy and not that talkative . Enough with the races how about gender . Men are about not good at cooking but take look at Jamie Oliver a 3 star Michelin chef. You got to be kidding. Danica Patrick is talented NASCAR and Indy 500 driver. She got the nerves. Look at the Transformers Revenge of the Fallen, Jet Stream is a Decepticons , assume that is old jet fighter robot is good and he claimed to help the human. Do he claimed that he can be trusted ?  Well the answers is yes, because at the end  he sacrificed himself to the Optimus Prime by giving his part to him. It is something that is very difficult to resist. Stereotype it comes naturally. Not all the stereotyping is bad. You cannot questioning why  they are doing that because like a robot they had been programmed like that and just follow the flow.

Question 2

Money. One word that is so powerful that can change people life and also their stance. To get the money is not an easy thing. We have to work for it. Everything does not come for free in life. When it comes on happiness what the function of the money anyway?  Well what can you see and imagine life without money , that is suicide. Wealthy people money comes with an ease but people live on poverty money is the enemy. Can money buy a baby ? Yes you can with the black market one. Imagine this lovely and married couple waiting for the baby for eternity. With the adoption can take a lot of time and a lot of procedure and bureaucracy, black market seems the wise one. How can you not please with this cute and petite baby. You must have one, is like winning a World Cup and your life will be complete. Sometimes it is wrong because this innocent baby is victim of the greedy people. Nonetheless the baby deserves a better life. Poverty can lead to disaster, family lives on poverty, they live on train wreck. Fights among the parents, sooner or later it will be divorce one. They cannot have a better life because the money is so little to have. Sometimes, the future of their children is uncertain. They have to work just to support the family. Quite frankly many of them have a big family. Family planning is quite crucial because so many children means so many expenses. Whatever it is money cannot satisfied anything . When desire become lust, problem will surface.

Question 1

I wish there is nothing hard and mental like ITTL but I am wrong. Critical Literacy is way more vicious and cold blooded compare to a lot of writing and planning from ITTL. Well, I have to take it both this semester and it is a bombshell. Sometimes it’s funny to see the feedback from previous semester students, and quite frankly I imagine they are fighting monster in video games. Critical Literacy is a monster and it punches back hard. Well, I feel the sting already with the assignment that is mental than any assignment I had in previous semester. The irony is that I am actually quite like it and all the gruesome and frightening content in this subject is quite helpful .I believe this subject suits me well. It helps me to think deep and understand some of the cases that has twisting plot of event. Our perception is different; we have different thought and opinion. Like my lecturer said is that there is no right or wrong in this subject. Meanwhile, my expectation for this subject is not that high, just pass the subject and I feel like winning a boss battle in video games. Honestly, at first I have doubt and hesitation with this subject but this is not that hard that I had ever imagined in my whole life. I hope I will enjoy and be happy in this subject.
